2. Service Description

CocchPalet provides professional clothing repair, alteration, and restoration services. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason and to modify our services at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP)
• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
• Prices may vary based on complexity and materials required

4. Service Limitations

We will assess each item to determine if repair is possible. We reserve the right to decline services for:

• Items that are beyond reasonable repair
• Items that may be damaged further by attempted repair
• Items that violate health and safety regulations
• Items that are too fragile to withstand repair processes

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the item and desired repairs
• Collect items within 30 days of completion
• Check items upon collection and report any concerns immediately
• Understand that some repairs may alter the appearance of the item

6. Liability and Warranty

• We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs against defects in workmanship
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service
• We are not responsible for items left uncollected for more than 30 days
• Some repairs may not be invisible due to the nature of the damage

7. Uncollected Items

Items not collected within 30 days of completion will be considered abandoned. After 60 days, we may dispose of uncollected items at our discretion.

8. Cancellation Policy

Work may be cancelled before commencement for a full refund. Once work has begun, cancellation may result in charges for work completed.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to UK law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the appropriate courts of England and Wales.
